Spent my week camping at my Ahyi's house cause I knew I'll be as lazy as a pig when I'm home. HAHAHHAHHA. Started on my workout too, which included some running, suana, steam room and jacuzzi(although i know that does nothing to burn calories) but oh well I'm SO lazy. If you're going for an exercise call me maybe? :)

Went to Malaysia on Thursday for some eating sessions and because I felt so guilty from the 6 (SINFUL) meals we had I went running last night with my younger brother, though I couldn't catch up with him and I almost died.from.exhaustion.

anyway, I saw this on instagram and I was like yay a lazy workout for a lazy me! Go try it too :)


and maybe when I'm not that lazy anymore I'm going to set myself for this. I can do it LOL #selfmotivation
